EDUMENT PATHWAYS offers remote, academic tutoring/counseling/mentorship programs for high school students. It provides a variety of services ranging from AP examination support, SAT preparation, Research Paper and Passion Projects, College Counseling, and other academic enrichment services.

2. Eligibility

Participants are generally high school students. Parents may apply on behalf of minors. Mentors are selected professionals or university students/graduates and are compensated for their time.

3. Enrollment & Fees

Enrollment is confirmed only after payment of full program fees. All programs are paid upfront. No programs are offered for free.

4. Program Fees and Scholarships

Our program fees typically vary depending on the type of program, program duration, and mentor profile.

All fees are to be paid upfront.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are available only before the program start date. Once the program begins, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

6. Academic Conduct

Plagiarism, dishonesty, or misrepresentation during the program may result in immediate termination without refund. Students and mentors are expected to maintain the highest standards of integrity.

7. Privacy

We collect limited personal information (such as names, emails, school details, and documents) strictly for program purposes. We do not collect behavioral data or share your information with third parties. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our platform or programs. Participation is at your own discretion and risk.

9. Modifications

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
